Limited Lifetime Warranty

Havalon proudly stands behind all of our knives offering a limited lifetime warranty to ensure they are free from defects in material and workmanship.  If your Havalon has a defect due to materials or workmanship, we will happily exchange it.  However, if you have used your Havalon in a manner it is not intended, then our warranty will not apply.  All claims will be inspected by our team and evaluated on an individual basis. Normal wear and tear, breakage due to excessive force, and usage outside of intended use are not covered under the Havalon warranty. Return Policies

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand it is sometimes necessary to return an item.

Havalon.com Purchases:

You may return items purchased on havalon.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.  Merchandise must be unused in like-new condition.  All refunds will be processed after receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Timing of credit to your account will vary based on your financial institution. Please note, shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.  Havalon is not responsible for products lost while being returned to the Havalon warehouse. If you choose to send your product through the U.S. Postal Service, we recommend using Delivery Confirmation or requiring a Delivery Signature.

WARNING!  Havalon blades are specifically designed to fit Havalon handles. Using Havalon blades with any other handle may result in unsatisfactory performance and could cause injury.

Retail and Online Purchases:

Havalon Knives purchased from one of our valued dealer partners, whether online or instore, must be returned to the point of purchase.  Individual store return policies apply and are at the discretion of the retailer.

International Purchases: 

International Warranties and returns must be made at the original point of purchase.  Individual stores will have the right to process or reject returns based on their individual store policies.  International warranties and returns sent directly to Havalon will be sent back to customers at their expense.
